How Does Skin Balance Face Toner Work?

The Skin Balance face toner features a formula centred on inulin. This key ingredient promotes the natural growth of beneficial bacteria and prevents the proliferation of harmful microorganisms on the skin. Inulin also strengthens the skin's natural protective barrier and maintains epidermal cell health. A good face toner contains plant extracts—such as ginseng root and green tea—and panthenol.

Ginseng extract offers antioxidant benefits, protecting the skin from free radicals. It delays skin ageing and helps eliminate surface toxins.
